Welcome to mawashimandi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and platform. By accessing or using mawashimandi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

mawashimandi is operated by Danish Ali Haider, based in Lahore, Pakistan. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

1Definitions

"Platform" refers to the mawashimandi website, mobile applications, and all related services.

"User," "You," "Your" refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Platform.

"Buyer" refers to users purchasing livestock through the Platform.

"Seller" refers to verified users listing and selling livestock on the Platform.

"Listing" refers to any animal or livestock posted for sale on the Platform.

2Eligibility

To use mawashimandi, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan

3Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your contact information is current

4Seller Responsibilities

As a Seller, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful descriptions of all livestock
  • Upload clear, recent photos and videos of animals
  • Maintain valid health certificates and vaccination records
  • Price your listings fairly and competitively
  • Honor all confirmed orders and delivery commitments
  • Treat animals humanely and follow animal welfare laws
  • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries
  • Pay the 10% platform commission on all sales
  • Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5Buyer Responsibilities

As a Buyer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery and contact information
  • Make timely payments as per the agreed terms
  • Inspect animals upon delivery within the specified timeframe
  • Report any issues or discrepancies immediately
  • Provide appropriate care and facilities for received animals
  • Not make fraudulent claims or chargebacks
  • Treat sellers and delivery personnel with respect

6Platform Commission & Fees

mawashimandi charges a 10% commission on all successful sales. This commission covers:

  • Listing verification and approval
  • Platform maintenance and hosting
  • Payment processing and security
  • Customer support services
  • Buyer protection programs

Additional fees may apply for premium features, featured listings, or special services. Delivery charges are separate and calculated based on distance and animal size.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Listing stolen, illegally obtained, or diseased animals
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Engaging in price manipulation or bid rigging
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent policies
  • Using automated tools or bots without permission
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Violating animal welfare laws or regulations
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to bypass platform fees or commissions
  • Conducting off-platform transactions to avoid fees

8Payment Terms

All payments must be made through approved methods: bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or credit/debit cards.

Seller payments are processed after successful delivery confirmation. Funds are typically transferred within 3-5 business days, minus the platform commission and any applicable fees.

Refunds for cancelled or disputed orders are processed according to our Refund Policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes must be reported immediately.

9Delivery & Returns

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, location, or other factors. Buyers must inspect animals within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns or replacements are accepted if the animal significantly differs from the listing description or has undisclosed health issues. Claims must be filed within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

mawashimandi facilitates dispute resolution but is not responsible for seller misrepresentations. Final decisions rest with our support team based on evidence provided.

Limitation of Liability

mawashimandi acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or take possession of any livestock. We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of seller listings or descriptions
  • The health, quality, or condition of animals
  • Delivery delays, damages, or losses during transport
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers
  • Post-delivery care, health issues, or animal welfare
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commission earned on the disputed transaction. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11Intellectual Property

All content on mawashimandi, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

By uploading content (photos, videos, descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform for business purposes.

12Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding obligations and fees.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

We encourage users to resolve disputes through our customer support team before pursuing legal action. Mediation and arbitration options are available upon mutual agreement.

14Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

For significant changes, we will notify users via email or platform notification.
