1. Introduction

Welcome to MawashiMandi.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services for buying and selling livestock in Pakistan. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You must have a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent identification
• Sellers must complete identity verification before listing animals
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Not share your account with others or transfer it without permission

For Sellers:

• All listed animals must be accurately described with current photographs
• You must have legal ownership or authority to sell the listed animals
• Animals must be healthy and free from contagious diseases
• Prices must be clearly stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• You must respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
• Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account suspension
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable Pakistani laws
• Add Details in range like weight and age

For Buyers:

• Review listings carefully before making purchases
• Contact sellers for additional information if needed
• Inspect animals upon delivery before accepting
• Report any issues within 4 hours of delivery
• Make payments only through approved platform methods

• All transactions must use approved payment methods (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa)
• Platform commission is 10% of the transaction value, charged to sellers
• Seller payouts are processed within 3-5 business days after delivery confirmation
• Bank transfer payments require verification before order processing
• Buyers are responsible for any applicable delivery fees
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes

• Delivery arrangements are made between buyers and sellers
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and animal size
• Animals must be delivered in healthy condition
• Buyers should inspect animals at the time of delivery
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location
• MawashiMandi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Animal significantly differs from listing description
• Animal arrives with undisclosed health issues
• Order is not delivered within agreed timeframe
• Seller cancels the order after payment

Dispute resolution process:

1. Submit a complaint within 4 hours of delivery
2. Provide evidence (photos, videos, communication records)
3. Our team will review and mediate the dispute
4. Resolution typically within 5-7 business days

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Sell stolen, diseased, or illegally obtained animals
• Conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid fees
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use automated systems to access the platform
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Violate any applicable Pakistani laws or regulations
• Engage in money laundering or illegal financial activities

• MawashiMandi acts as a marketplace platform, not a party to transactions
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed animals
• We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers
• Our liability is limited to the platform fees collected
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Intellectual Property

All content on MawashiMandi.com, including logos, text, graphics, Business model and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission. User-generated content (listings, reviews) remains your property, but you grant us a license to display and use it on our platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
